To reply to the review. First when placing review you should put your real name Wazir, not "Alex J". Now as for the review...shocking and confused as to what was said to you by your sister. As I tried to explain to you on the phone that she was given clear lenses with her prescription to make sure they fit and last a full month. Subsequently she expressed interest in color lenses in which I told her that I could give her 2 lenses to try to see if she liked the particular color noting that they have no rx. I even gave her 2 more lenses because she wanted to try 4 colors total complimentary. When you call and literally insulted me by accusing me of making her "look like a clown" because I gave her different color lenses .... Really??? As for the accusations of berating and using expletives... That is an outright lie and false. Your sister is straight lying or at the very least over exaggerating the encounter.You were not there. Also that other person that was there was not another patient , it was the manager from the store who actually heard the conversation. So I suggest you get your facts straight!!! As for you not wanting to a patient anymore, the feeling is mutual. Btw I didn't call you back 2-3 time with different numbers. It was the manager who wanted to address the problem and tell you that he was there and heard and witnessed everything. Again get you facts straight!!!
