Premier Collision

I wish I could give it a NEGATIVE star! My car went in on Aug 5th, and at the end of Aug was told it was almost ready. On 9/3 I was told that they were waiting for parts, Fine and I understood! On 9/23 they confirmed all the parts were in, and told me it was be another 27 days before it was ready. On Oct 14th they called and told me they needed more time! Its now Oct 31st, and NO IDEA of when it can be finished! This is totally unacceptable!!!

My wife was treated dismissively and insultingly by Willie Ruiz of Premier Collision.

After her car had been rear-ended, we brought it to Premiere Collision. She told Ruiz that the steering was off and the engine was running rougher than before the accident. Without examining the car, he told her that she obviously didn’t maintain the car. He also told us that insurance wouldn’t cover any problems he found anyway. This was before examining the car.

When I asked in a phone call why he refused to examine the car, he yelled “I will not lie for you! I will not lie for you!”

When we went to pick up the car it was running worse than when she dropped it off. Ruiz repeated that my wife obviously didn’t know how to maintain a car and that it needed a tuneup.

I took it to a second mechanic who determined that the rough handling was from cracks in various seals and all the oil and fluids had leaked out while it was in Premier Collision’s care. With no oil or fluids, the engine would have seized up if we hadn’t gone to a second garage. If she had been driving on the highway it could have caused a major accident.

I would be very cautious when dealing with Willie Ruiz and Premier Collision.
