They will quote a price and add labor and service call fees to your bill without being up front. Seems ok but they took advantage of me with these charges knowing I had no choice but to pay.

Best and most trustworthy place I've found to take my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have to disagree with Stephanie B. I have been taking my cars to Franklin Auto for years and they are honest people will do what they can to save me any money every time. I trust them to maintain my cars...Its nice to take a car to a place that you can trust...and that's hard to find in this day and age

Very deceitful! Horrible customer service! The owner and his wife took turns yelling at me from across the counter when I asked them about the amount they were charging me. I was made to wait for 2 hours for a brake caliber replacement and was told the replacement would only cost $40. A little while later it was $50.... Then, when they were finally done, its was almost $100. I asked them why and the owner proceeded to bang his fist on the counter and yell at me. I asked him to please stop speaking to me like that and it only got worse. His wife began to yell. My husband was on the phone, not on speaker, and said he could understand everything that was said. I would never ever recommend Franklin Auto Care, unless you enjoy being treated like dung.
