Valley Taxi

I never give reviews, but this is worth my time. Driver said 10 minutes and arrived 30 minutes later. Needed to go a half mile to the store and the guy was all upset. Told me I was lucky because no one picks up calls like this. Proceeded to charge me $16. I said that his was a ripoff, and again he got upset and said we were both unhappy so just drop it. I would avoid this cab company if I were you.

I am a frequent flier and regularly use Valley Taxi for my Gilbert to Sky Harbor trips (20-25 trips a year), mostly in their flagship Escalade. Their drivers are almost always 5-10 minutes early to pick me up (even at 4:00 a.m.) and always exercise the highest safe driving techniques (something very important to me - nothing bugs me more than a taxi driver on their cell the whole trip - definitely not the case with Valley's drivers). When I'm being met at the airport, Valley Taxi is always there on time and if I ever do experience a flight delay, it is never a problem.
