As you know, you accident case is in Litigation. Insurance company has denied your case after completing their investigation. My office had to file a lawsuit to recover for your damages. California courts are backlogged and from date of filing to trial is typically takes 2-3 years. This information was provided to you. In accordance to your retainer agreement you are solely responsible for legal fees and cost of litigation. My office does not advance fees.



According to our notes your appointment was at 4 p.m., and even assuming misunderstanding between you and Rose, yelling at my office employees is not okay and will not be tolerated.

This law firm is so stingy and disrespectful for their clients. I have been a loyal client for over two years and my accident case is still not complete. The lawyer didn't want to pay his filing fee so he took me out of work, made me drive to van nuys and complete a filing fee. I have asked around and many lawyers pay themselves, then they take it out of their settlement at the end of the case. I had an appointment today at 3:00pm, I called his wife because they were out on lunch during my appointment and she started screaming at me, saying that I am showing her attitude. She then hangs up on me mid conversation TWICE! I am never bringing any of my business here, I'd much rather take it somewhere better because his wife is so unprofessional. It's a shame that he has to work with her.

Exceptional legal knowledge skills and professionalism. When another attorney told me I don't have a case Mr. Sahakyan recovered more than I could possibly hope for. I do recommend you talk to him before making a final decision to retain an attorney.
