As long as your expectations match the price you paid for a room, you should be satisfied. The staff is friendly and reasonably accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel for just 3 days. The overall stay was good. The location of the hotel was perfect in the middle of everything. The overall condition of the hotel was on the older side but comfortable for the price that we paid. They provided us with a small basic breakfast every morning. Parking was convient. The staff were ok, we didn't have any issues with check in or check out. Overall I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it is in a good location, the staff is helpful, and they provide a modest, comfortable room with a pretty decent breakfast. Better value overall for me.

I recommend this hotel for travelers going to Universal Studios, it is easy to find and just 20 minutes driving from the area. Glendale is a beautiful little city close to Universal Studios with great prices. The hotel is a bit old but good for a couple of days if traveling with kids, free breakfast and free parking. Very safe location and area.

It was 3 miles to the venue, I needed to be at. Very convenient.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Hotel was clean and had most of the amenities you'd need. Location was great with plenty of nearby shopping, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants to name a few. It was also central to where we needed to go for the weekend and was very quiet and safe.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room considering the look of the neighborhood. I liked that the front desk staff could view the parking lot at all times to keep anything from happening to my vehicle. I felt very safe and thought my room was great!

I'd say this place was pretty legit if you're looking for a budget stay. Came here because we were going to Universal HHN. It's about a 10min drive to Universal city walk. They have comfy beds, clean rooms/bathroom. They offer a small breakfast in the morning.

The room was not fancy, but everything was immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable, and there are plenty of outlets near them. Wifi is decent too. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.
