        I have bought 2 vehicles now from Toyota/Scion of Glendora. And each time I had a different salesperson help me but the level of service was great both times. Very friendly and professional. I will definelty recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Best part was the General Manager actually introduced himself to my wife and myself and thanked us for choosing their dealership to purchase our 2nd vehicle from.

        Strong Arm Sales Attempts

        I still cringe every time I drive by this dealership. I was comparing three vehicle makes and only wanted to test drive a compact Toyota model. They refused to listen to me when I stated I was not going to buy until I tested the third make. I am very experienced in dealing with car dealerships. Believe me, I know how to get out of a dealership in 5 minutes flat. It was no use in this place. I almost felt like a captive. Try a different Toyota dealership. I have since talked to several neighbors who have also had nightmare experiences at this location.
