This place is HORRIBLE!! DO N...

I bought a car from them in September and by December, almost everything has gone wrong or broken ... BOTH front and back brakes are gone completely, the catalytic converter is completely broken, the automatic window does not go up once put down, there has been an oil leak, it has needed a new timing belt... They basically do not check their cars over AT ALL before they sell them, so it is completely LUCK of the draw when it comes to what you get.

They took the car back to fix the oil leak free of charge under the warranty, but they had the care for OVER TWO WEEKS and as soon as we got it back from them, the check engine light went right back on and there is a couple thousand dollars of work still needed on the car.

Selection

This dealership is awful. They look like they have a great selection but I assure you that you do NOT ever want to buy a car from these people. Let me just explain my experience. I looked at the selection and then I walked up to the little shack office and I knocked on the door and immediately saw an employee sleeping. Then I gave my license to another man who was just a mechanic, he drove me back down this driveway to the selection and I showed him the car I was interested in test driving. It had to be jumped right off the bat for the car to be able to run. I decided to not even test drive it at all. On the way back up to the office to get my license back and leave I saw another car that looked very nice so I decided to give it a test drive. I turned on the car and I noticed the gas tank was almost on E, long story short the cars sucked and the staff was unprofessional. It's as if none of there cars are ready to be sold and or be test driven.

Where do I begin? The day I bought the car, it shook while turning...every mechanic I spoke to said it was the tie rod...this dealer tried to fix it on the cheap by putting transmission fluid in the power steering reservoir. The paint started bubbling up almost immediately to show the rust underneath. The valve cover gasket leaked oil. The antifreeze was leaking into the engine (head gasket). The bearings went bad, all four brakes needed replacing within a year, as did all four tires. On rainy days the interior overhead light would fill with water and then drip onto the center console. The transmission stayed stuck in high gear when climbing even the slightest hill. The car would shake when you took your foot off the gas (that and the gear issue point to the torque converter). The thing finally died on the highway and I was told by a good mechanic that it would need a new engine--after spending $4000 to purchase this "great" car (his words) just 16 months earlier. Called this dealer, spent two weeks trying to get his partner on the phone, who in turn told me that 16 months is a pretty good deal for $4000. He told me he would think about offering me some money back on the car, and that he would call me back. That was two weeks ago. He never took down my phone number. The only reason I would give this dealer even one star is because this website doesn't allow me to give it no stars.

Junk car dealer who's all friendly before you buy the car, almost unreachable after you buy it and need to get the dozen or so things that you've discovered to be wrong with it fixed. Cars are painted to cover the rust, antifreeze where the power steering fluid should be, fog light held in with tape, and when you bring it to the mechanic, you get a song and dance about how he only has one guy working there, which is why even simple jobs require leaving the car there for over a week.
