Before I visited Muse this weekend, I was convinced that there are no professional salons around that care about the health of your hair and can also style your hair. Finally, I was proven wrong. I was so tired of going to a salon where I walked out with nice, healthy hair but had to wait long hours and pay a lot of money to deal with nasty attitudes and subpar service. I started searching the internet and came across Muse. All of the reviews I read were positive. Then I went online to order hair from Wagmans for a sew in weave and Muse was listed as a preferred salon. At that point, I decided to make an appointment. I booked my appointment online and received a call from Muse regarding my appointment. I ended up talking to Tracie and she was so friendly and helpful. She told me what hair to order and exactly what to expect. When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday, I was a little hesitant because the shop was crowded and I had to attend an event later on that day. But to my surprise, they cleared the salon in record time and everyone who walked out of there looked fabulous. I only waited for 5 to 10 minutes before I was serviced. Tracie took her time and asked me questions about my hair and my expectations. I also filled out a questionnaire about my contact info and the condition of my hair. This is something that I've NEVER experienced in a black salon. She and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. My sew in is so natural looking and I've received so many compliments. My daughters told me I look fierce and my husband loves it. Needless to say, I have found a new hair stylist. It will be well worth paying bridge toll and traveling 50 minutes every 2 weeks.

I have been with Tracie since the start of her Stylist career. She is the only one I trust to take care of my hair and keep it healthy. Wherever Tracie went, I followed. She is always professional and she cares the utmost about her client's having healthy hair. I have tried almost every hair style and color treatment available. She has never let me down and I always leave her chair with a smile on my face. I even trust Tracie with my daughter's delicate scalp and non-chemically treated hair. In fact, my daughter receives so many compliments that she passes out Tracie's business cards at school! One word describes my stylist Tracie "FABULOUS" ! I am always getting complients on my hair. I recently got my first sew-in weave and I can't begin to tell you how good it feels and looks. I can't believe how many people think it's my "real" hair. I am going on almost three months now with my sewn-in and it still looks great! That is how FABULOUS Tracie is. I take my 8yrs daughter who has a thick head of hair and what Tracie does to her hair is absolutely amazing; all from just a blow dryer and a flat iron. When she is done, my daughters hair is so soft, straight with a little bump at the ends and bouncy. I wrap her hair up every night and this style holds until her next two week visit, we have even gone three weeks.

Getting ready to book my next appointment for my 2nd sew-in. Can't wait to see the amazing turn out of the style I want this time around.
