Service was fast .

Chris was very easy to work with. I felt he was fair and honest with me. He included my soon in all the phone calls and went out of his way to back sure this deal worked as smooth as possible for both my son and I. He returned calls quickly and and answered all questions.

As always Ken and the rest of the service department addressed the issue and got us back on the road.

Jerry provided excellent service, was not pushy, and delivered while going the extra mile. We had literally 4 hours to decide on a new vehicle with an infant at home. After looking at several different makes and models, Jerry gave us some features and drawbacks without being pushy. When we ultimately decided, they did not have the color in stock that we wanted. Jerry was able to find our car through a trade with another dealer, and we took delivery the next day - at no additional charge. Fast, friendly, service with a smile....will definitely use again and refer to our friends!

Couldn't be better. I called and Dave immediately called back and arranged pick up and the work to be done. He arranged for me to drive a loaner car. I had my car back in a day and a half! We needed a new car. It was to be our first experience with the Costco arrangement. This, in turn,led us to the Jennings dealership, and to Steve Tinkler. Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers. Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owners of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. The experience was painless and Steve, as well as the Costco connection, made it worth our while.

I brought my 2011 Equinox in for an oil change, tire rotation and any other required maintenance. The oil consumption was also checked since this model year of the 4-cylinder engine in the Equinox has a history of excessive oil consumption. The service took 3 hours and I waited for the car. Everything was taken care of. I have to bring the car back after I have put 1,000 miles on it so the oil consumption can be checked.As usual I was treated very well and everything was explained to me in detail.

Alan Stern made the experience of buying a new car " stress Free"! He has great product knowledge, and he likes what he does; that's wonderful becausde he knew what he was talking about. He was able to answer all our questions and even helped us " link our iphone to our new "Sonic"! You Have an Asset Mr. Jennings!!! We also worked with Mr. DE Trevilla, who was very professional and kept me at the price point I was most comfortable in. He did not pressure me at all, and answerred all my questions about extended warranties.Lastly we worked with Mr. Dan Nozari, he helped with our fianancing.
