Bad Carwash & poor customer service!
I just went to have my brand new car washed and it was not cleaned. As soon as I got home I discover it had dirty spots and scratches on the top on the hood , so I took it back and they said I did that to my car, but how I can do all that within 30min? They just rewashed it but they not want to take responsibility of the scratches. Now I have to pay hundreds to have them buff out.
Be advised! I will never take my car to any of their car washes owner by the same owner. Either manager does not treat their employes right or they just hate their jobs!

I bought a car wash for my fiance's car. It was about to expire. He looked up online to see the hours, and google says it closes at 6. He got off work early to take his car and arrived at 5:15 and they were closed. When he called the next day to see if they were open. Shaundell was very nice and apologized that the hours were not correct online. She offered a free car wash for the inconvenience. When I arrived that day to get the car washed, I asked for Shaundell and she had left for the day. I explained to Cynthia the situation, and she said Shaundell does not have the authorization to do that. I was not expecting a free car wash in the first place, this is just what was offered to me. She got the manager, Araceli. Araceli was rude to me right away and said I was definitely not getting a free car wash. I just said this is what Shaundell offered to me and she said the same thing: Shaundell does not have the authorization to do that. I would have been fine with that if she had apologized for the confusion, but instead she had terrible customer service for something I did not do. I told her the hours online were wrong and she said, "that's not my problem." I told her what Shaundell offered me, and again she said, "that's not my problem, and you're still not getting a free car wash." After my car was clean, they told me I was good to go. Araceli stopped me from getting in my car and said, "I'm not letting you take your car." I said what do you mean? She said, "you have to pay." I told her I already paid and showed her the receipt. She said, "that's not good enough, I told you you have to go inside and show them your receipt but obviously you're not listening." I am just confused why I was treated so poorly for a promise that her employee made me. I have never been treated so poorly from the management. With that being said, the manager Araceli will not be getting business from me anymore, and she should never be a manager!!
