Use this merchant at your own risk. Trust me, you will regret it. They are not a reputable company!



* They use clever bait and switch sales tactics. Never consistent price and estimates. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then something else when you come to get the work done. Or they will tell you one thing when you start the job and something else when it's time to pick up the job.

* They don't honor their warranties.

* They display big decals stating they accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) but it's a lie. They don't. They let you think they accept credit cards, but after they start the work they will tell you they only accept cash - after the work is done. And they will refuse to accept any payment other that cash - when it's too late and you can't walk away.

* They will claim their credit card machine is down and will be down for 2 weeks.

* Also, very dirty and unsafe shop: managers and staff smoke in the lobby/waiting room - not just in the repair area, but the actual waiting area where customers are supposed to sit while waiting for their cars.

* Very bad experience and bad customer service all the way. Find somewhere else, and don't make the mistakes I made - this isn't a reputable company.
