Upon entering the store three sales associates walked pass me without any acknowledgment of my presence, not even a, "Hello, I'll be right with you." After five minutes of waiting at the counter a fourth employee looked at me and walked right pass me without a word. Another five minutes had passed, a woman entering the store was imediately approached by the fourth employee who had previously ignored me and asked her if she needed help, as I was standing just two feet from her. Some time had gone by as a line started to form behind me was when I finally received assistance from a rude woman who doubted the information I had given her. As a response to her condescending attitude I continued with an unnecessarily long explanation and my persistance that my information was correct then she made an effort to look up the preordered arraignment. When she discovered that I had given her the correct information she apologized for being confused, no apology was given for her rude demeanor. Customer service is dead. These are the kind of people and establishments that are killing in-store business and increasing on-line shopping.

I have gone here for years for my work shoes, but when I went the other day 2 of the clerks were rude to me without warrant. The older stocky man and the younger girl with curly hair. Just not at all friendly, at all, snotty and acted like I was a bother. I won't go there again and will let others know to go to the one on Leonard or anywhere else... I'm still mad about it and wish I would've said something to thme two when I was in there. Just was surprised. I was even nicer to them in hopes it would rub off...

i just got a bran new pair of carolina work boots from Mieras Work and Comfort Shoes. my timberland pro's, that i bought in May, had a manufaturer defect that i just found at the end of Dec.
