Tradehome Shoes

had a bad customer service experience the last time i was in the store. I went to exchange a pair of toms that i bought there.. because one of the shoes was way stretched out and the other one was the way it should be. so i just wanted to exchange the one that was stretched out, it so happened that they were all out of my size and the gentlemen at the cash register that went to look for me told me they were out but shipment came in on thursday and for me to bring them back then to do the exchange.. i was kool with that at first but then a another associate came into the conversation and said for me to put a sock on while i put the shoe that wasn't stretched out to loosen that up... and i was like a no.... why would i do that when that is what i want, for them to be tight... anyways i ended up leaving with the shoes even though i was bothered that he would even think i would do that. after paying for the shoes to be exactly same... came back to return and a assoc argued with me
