Today I had to have a tooth pulled out. I asked for Dr Brennan because I had him once before. There was very little pain when freezing the area (usually, I would like to jump out of the chair), and absolutely no pain after the freezing came out. This was my experience both times that I had Dr Brennan. If I ever have to have this type of dental work done in the future, I wouldn't want to go to anyone but him. Thank You Dr Brennan for not causing me pain.

Poorly organized and bad customer service. Luckily, I never had to have any work done other than cleanings and xrays. I've visited this location twice and I'll never go back! Both times I waited over 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The 2nd visit which was for xrays and cleaning ended up taking over an hour and a half, most of which I was waiting for staff to do their jobs. I was IN THE CHAIR for my cleaning when I was told I would have to wait for another customer's appointment to be finished because my hygienist had to take care of that customer first. Unacceptable. I am trying to find another dentist. I do have to say that when I visited the Greenville and Appleton North locations, the experience was completely different and much more organized, on time and professional. I don't know what the deal is with the Green Bay location.

Very institutional. You'll feel like a number. Though, they do s e e m to try to resolve issues. I'm fed up with the issues from rework by their own doctors, billing, to plain intuition telling me to leave. My youngest son is terrified of the place, and he's mostly recieved basic cleanings.

If you do choose to try them out, make sure you ask l o t s of questions. Don't let them tell you what must be done now. Listen to your gut.
