I had the botox and fillers several weeks ago and love the results. She staff listerned to me and really helped me to achieve the look that I had wanted. I look younger and will definitely be going back to this office. This is a wonderful group that I have already referred friends too!

I had my consultation a couple of weeks ago and it went great! The staff was super friendly and Dr.McFadden was so informative! I couldn't have asked for a better consultation. I got all my questions answered about surgery and financial. He really knows what he's doing and I am excited for him to perform my surgery! Great experience thus far!

I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them. Dr. McFadden has a wonderful personality, he is very easy to talk to and the best thing about him is that he does not try to sell you something you do not need.

I recently underwent a facelift and laser resurfacing. Dr.McFadden and his staff where very upfront and explained the entire procedure in detail. They did nt sugar coat anything just to convince me. the procedure went very well. recovery was not easy and at time i was very frustrated. but i knew what to expect. I am very happy with the results and would recomend advanced cosmetic and Dr McFaddan to anyone who wants to look and feel younger

I was very nervous to get Botox for the first time but I can honestly say the experience was great! There was nothing painful about it and the results were awesome. It looked very natural and I'm actually going tomorrow for my next Botox treatment. By the way I got it done 5 months ago and it has lasted until just a couple of weeks ago...so I really like that it's lasted this long! The staff is also really great and they are very professional. I found it here at Advanced Cosmetic surgery! the whole staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfy!!! I tell everyone I know this is the best place to go!!! Excellent practice! I had implants and a lift a little over a year ago and I am 100% satisified with the work that Dr McFadden performed. I had the surgery on a Friday and returned on Saturday morning to have my bandages removed. I was impressed that he himself came to see me.. The facials are out of this world too!! Love going to this office

I have a 14 year old daughter with alot of facial hair. It has been holding her back from being herself. Just after 1 lazer procedure she is no longer hiding herself in hoodies and make up!! Thank you to the staff we are so pleased with her out come!!!!!
