        I have been a customer for more than almost 10 years and we have Excellent coverage and customer service the entire time. Honesty, Integrity, Curtesy and follow through only just begin to describe Angie and her staff. At 52 I have been through multiple agencies in several states and I am staying put! In a day when politeness and customer service seems lost, Angie and her team are refreshing. As a nurse I have alot that worries me from time to time in my profession, but my Insurance is not one of them. Thanks Angie for taking such good care of us!

        Overall

        I shopped around for insurance and found that my policy was not cheaper than Geico's or State Farm's but I had accident forgiveness. Allstate is the only company that offered me immediate accident forgiveness up front. By far, the best agency to work with for my insurance needs.

        I have been a client of The Angie Devore Allstate Agency for years. In 2013 I went through the renewal process and then the claims process. The advice that Angie and her staff gave me during renewal saved me a lot of money during the claims process (just months after the renewal). Representation by a competent staff really does matter - they're five star all the way with me!

        Overall

        I have been with this agency since 1989 and wild horse could not make me change. I used to dread making any insurance claim, but not now. Maybe I could save a few pennies by switching (I don't know because I have never looked) but I serioulsy doubt anybody could match the service that this agency provides. Angie and her staff treat me more as a friend than a client. I KNOW that if anything happens, that they have my back, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. You can go anyplace to get insurance, but I doubt you could find better service. And the service is what is important to me!
