After having our Honda Odyssey van for only 30 days from purchasing it, we had to have a new engine. They sent it to Sarks Automotive, who did such a terrible job that we have had 2 separate mechanics, including the Honda dealership tell us that it was the worst engine install they have ever seen, there were parts missing, fluids leaking, stuff being held by zip ties, and parts that were not replaced that should have been. I have videos, pictures, and printouts from the dealership to prove it all. We told DriveTime and they responded, "what do you want us to do about it, we just sell cars." We called corporate, who claimed they can't help us because they don't have an account for us since we paid cash. We called the warranty company who supposedly covered the engine install, turns out, they did it "off the books" so the warranty company has no record of it ever being done, we are screwed. Save yourself the headache and RUN, do not walk, and buy a car from any other dealership!
