I was very unhappy with how long it took to get my car back -- 3 months total! They also missed a few things -- door was not in perfect alignment, window is not working correctly, there was an exhaust leak that was missed entirely. But I will say that everyone there is courteous and generally helpful.

I just recently had my car rep...

I just recently had my car repaired at Fairway Ford and I was so pleased with the staff and the efficient way they handled my situation. I was absolutely clueless as to what I needed to do and they guided me through each step and immediately went to work getting my car ready for repairs. I was given a rental car and was given the date that my car would be ready. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed at how well it turned out. No one would ever know that it had been wrecked. I can truthfully say that Fairway Ford Body shop has excellent customer service and they know how to get the job done. I am recommending them to all my friends!

I wish I had seen this review.

They've had my car for 3 weeks, and I've experienced the same B.S. They needed one last part, oops the wrong part came in, oh wow it's lunchtime, we'll have to call you back. ( which they didn't ).

Yeah, I've been told it'll definitely be tomorrow. Sure. I totally believe that. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

Overall
Worst body shop I've ever been to

I was referred to Fairway Ford by Century BMW because they refer all BMW body work here. They gave me an estimate of 4 days to make the repare to the rear drivers side door. On the fourth day I had to call them to ensure that my vehicle was completed, Richard Naylor told me that they were just waiting on the weather stripping and it would be ready the next day. So the following day I'm driving down to Fairway Ford to pickup my vehicle when I call again to make sure that my vehicle is ready, again Richard tells me that they got "the part" in but it's 5 O'clock so it won't get installed until the next day. On a side note weather stripping is very simple to install and on a single door shouldn't take more than 30 minutes for an experienced mechanic. I'm a little upset at this point, but I assume they're trying their best and let it slide.

This kind of thing repeated for a while. Long story short I didn't get my car back for 9 days. (their original estimate was 4) I asked Richard Naylor what was the extra work that took so long, I knew it couldn't have been weather stripping because no body shop needs 3 days to install weather stripping. To that he responded, "Umm... It doesn't say." I explained to them how I'm upset that our original price agreement was for 4 days, but they have caused me to take off work early several days because of irresponsibility on their behalf (ie. neglecting to call me), and when I asked what the delay was about they couldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, I asked if we can work on the price agreement. The receptionist tells me that there's no possibility of that. I got angry at her and stepped outside for a smoke. One of their mechanics came out front and cussed me out, as well as one of their sales represenatives got in my face about how I needed to apoligize for yelling at the receptionist. I honestly felt like he was going to start throwing punches. I reluctantly go back in and apoligize and offer to pay for my car, but Richard told me that it's 10 til 6 and that's not going to happen today. I gave a couple of my friends a call and finally got one to pick me up at the body shop.

I took off work the next day so that I could pickup my car. I paid for the vehicle but when Richard brought it out, the drivers side seat adjuster was broken (it looked like it was kicked several times) as well as my onboard computer no longer works. I've been waiting for six days for Richard to call me back about the aditional damages sustained to my vehicle while it was in the shop, but have yet to hear anything.

They obviously don't care about the satisfaction of their clients, but because they had my car I had no choice but to pay them. Don't make my mistake. Save yourself a lot of frustration and don't take your vehicle here.
