Precision Detailing

I took my Audi in which was full of dog hair. they did an awesome shampooing the carpets and the car is like new. I rated the facility a 4 because they need a TV in the lounge.

When I dropped my car off and spoke with the owner, George, I was specific about three things to pay attention to; the rims, calipers, and door-trunk-hood jams after being sold on all their commercials I kept hearing on the radio. After upselling me on the clay bar wax treatment, we walked around my vehicle to review these specific details along with a few other details, like the tail pipes for instance. At the end of the day I got the call my car was done. As soon as we pulled into their lot, it was very obvious the oversights of the vehicle. The three specific things I asked to pay most attention to detail with were the dirtiest on the vehicle. Aside from that, the tail pipes were not even washed along with all the car emblems being dirty around them. The owner did not pay attention to detail at all. After George’s employees realized how dirty the vehicle still was (plus showing them the black grime and grit from the wheel wells and rims and obvious dirt in the door jams) they frantically starting trying to fix all the owners mistakes. Even after having the clay bar wax treatment, you could still see and feel all the bugs on the front end. I ended up having to leave my vehicle there overnight and was told I would be able to speak to the owner in the morning. The owner never showed up the next morning so the employee called him to share how upset and dissatisfied I was only to have the owner became argumentative with me over the phone. I paid the day before and asked for a discount or refund due to the inconsistencies of the detail only to have him say “no way I’m giving you a refund or discount”. For a detail shop, George’s work was deplorable. I will never bring any of my vehicles back there again and would never suggest or refer them at all.

smit(owner) short indian hit my boyfriend with golf clubs and caused him to get 3 staples in his elbows

First of all, the website said 89.95 and when I went there they said 189.95. I thought that was a little crazy so I "bargained" him down to 130. Lots of dog hair so I thought this was reasonable.

Then a couple days later I noticed they cut a slit in the back of my car (fabric behind back seat). When I called to ask what we could do the owner was so rude! He said, you can't prove that wasn't there when you dropped it off. It clearly just looks like they pushed too hard with the vacuum cleaner at a place that was vulnerable. I completely understand that mistakes happen. But when I called the owner went straight to the defense instead of being accommodating and apologetic. He said, I guess you can bring it in and I'll take a look but I don't think there's anything we can do. What happened to the customer always being right?? I promise it wasn't there when I dropped it off.

Unprofessional and down right rude!! Not happy. And I will tell everyone in Greer not to use them.

the 1 st time we took my wifes car there they did a great job. So we had them do both of our cars and our motor home the 2nd time we went there.At this time it was like so different and not for the good seem like different people own this buissness.they half way clean the inside of my car, there was wax left on my car,did not wipe down my trunk on my car, now the motor home,they kept it for over a week.I was not okay with this.and when we got it back, they sanded off some of our red stripe,they were to wash wax and . cut and buff the oxidizing off the home,WOW what a krappy job they did on this.looks like they half way did this, they burned my paint on some parts of the motor home.I will not be going back to them no more

While on vacation, I heard of this place for a cheap car wash.



There was nothing cheap about it! Our van was gorgeous after they were done. The motor looked brand new, so did our 2004 Chrysler van, inside and out. When we visit again, we will definitely get our car washed there!
