DO NOT CALL THIS COMPAY FOR TOWING. Very bad attitude, rip-off, bad business manner. This only a towing company located at Pensacola beach area, looks like related local sheriff office or thier dispatch center and tried charge UNREASONABLE $ for small job. (They asked $350 for cars stuck on beach sand, only took 15 minute to got out to pavement with other 4x4 truck without pay $) If you are in travel this area and need tow, do not ask 911 or local police to call for it. They will call this guy and you will get RIP-OFF...........

Have a valuable,collectible that I wanted taken to my mechanic..3 1/2 hrs. later... Never showed up!!
Called my mechanic as I had an appointment, he asked what service I was using,when I told him Bayside he went BERSERK..He said NEVER. allow them to touch your car...
Worst rating and service in area..
Bottomfeeders,..make living off tourist getting stuck in sand on beach...Charge $350.00 for pulling car 6ft. back on pavement...

The lady that answered the phone today when I called the Gulf Breeze location was so nice and helpful. The driver was nice as well. I was worried about calling them but there was no need as they were great!

this company by fare is the best in gulf breeze florida and pensacola florida i have used several towing companys in this small town and none compare to bayside towing the customer service is off the chart and the trucks are clean and the drivers great have used them and my family keep up the grear work bayside towing

Car was involved in flash flood on my family members wedding day. Called for towing after wedding this rude guy came out via insurance and I don't know what they were thinking. He was very rude and had horrible customer service skills so I told him he can leave I'd find someone more reputable because if his attitude was like that I could only imagine how he'd treat my car. Don't use them.
