Absolutely the most crooked dealership I ever used. I had my car 3 months and had an emergency couldn't pay on time called Jamie 3 weeks before due date and she talked to the manager I think Matt is his name. She said no problem. She thanked me for calling and etc. We live in Lucedale and my husband works out of Gulfport. He had taken the car where he works as a trucker a n d the company wasn't gar from nuway. When he got back to Gulfport the car was gone. I was shocked!! I called and Jamie said that was a mistake. They shouldn't have picked it up. A woman named m Ed Cynthia got on the phone and told me it would cost me $ 1350 to pick it up.well the car was a piece of crap for the exorbitant amount of money they wanted. Lesson is next time buy from a reputable dealer.They the advantage of SENIOR women that has shall I say undesirable credit score and not have a decent down-payment. So that's what you get when you are old and have no money. Shame on you Mr. MATT!! 😔

Nu Way auto on hwy 49 is HORRIBLE! Majority or their cars they sale are LEMONS. I bought a Lincoln Navigator last year from them. Shortly after the purchase on the same day literally 20mins later the engine light came on. I called back to the dealership and the gentleman said it was the regular gas that was put in the tank. That was my fault for being so gullible. By June ibstarted hearimg knocking. Took it to the mechanic furthwr up 49 and it was my ball joints. Of course on a portion of it was covered on the GAP, so I got that fixed. Anyways fast forward to Sept. I moved out of state and the truck started giving me major trouble. Stalling, backfiring, wouldn't crank. So I took it to the mechanic and he proceeds to tell me it could be the catalytic converter, or the engine my have jumped time they didn't even know! They wanted me to pay $500 to explore and break down the engine, even still the catalytic converters wasn't covered on that joke of what they call GAP insurance. So I was basically stuck after a new move and no money. When I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and get rid of that piece of crap no dealership would even take it BC it wasn't even worth the money I owed on it, so I was told to just let it go back to the finance co which is exactly what I did. I pushed that junk out of my garage and called them and told them to come and GET IT, to make room for my beautiful Chevy Tahoe LS that has given me ZERO issues since the purchase. This is the worst dealership ever and I would care if they never made another dime there! I learned my lesson from being so desperate for a vehicle at the time!

Very Unprofessional of Gigi and one of the male salespersons. They had promised to sell me a trade in they received over the weekend once the deal is funded for the customer who traded it in. Sent my driver license and all my info and they assured me the car is mine. 1 day goes by and I call them to inquire about status, salesperson and Gigi said dont worry Deal is not funded yet and car will be yours. Today i called and they said they had sold the car to someone else and immediately hung up the phone. Definately will not want to do business with them. So unprofessional and rude. worst experience ever!

I have bought 2 cars from this location. The sales people are great and they really work hard to get you what you need. Wonderful service and I always recommend them to my friends!

Doesn't even deserve that i got off under them easy.... A year ago i bought a 01 dodge Durango. The front driver axle came off almost killing my children, my friend and I. It took them 3 months to agree on giving me another car after pocketing the check from my insurance company. And the 2nd car in less than 30 days the engine blow up n they wanted me to pay $1900 to get it fix not to mention i had a warranty.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DESEVE NEGATIVE STAR REVIEWS. I bought my van there a month ago and it broke down after only 3 days. I had it towed to their repair shop where they lied about putting new parts on it and once I got it back it broke down the same day. Requested a refund and they said it wasn't an option. I had it towed again and they kept it for three weeks saying they were still waiting on the part. I called around myself to find out the part only took 3 days to get. After 3 weeks and my first months payment drafted out of my account they conveniently had it fixed. I picked it up and it broke down again the same day!!! I do not know how these people are in business. They need to be shut down.

I purchased a vehicle there and I was skeptical of the guaranteed credit approval sign before I even stepped out onto the lot because the vehicles were so nice. My credit was not what it used to be. I was approached by a gentlemen named Chad and he wasn't like other salesmen. He actually listens to me. We talked about his process and how it could help me get in a vehicle with one of his financial lenders. Talking to him took my guard down and decided what the heck. We were very weary of going here at first but we decided to go with it. At first it took them time do the repairs and get parts in and all that. We have had our vehicle for about 6-7 months now and we have had the brakes and calibers, the dash wire cluster setup, and the water pump fixed and have not had to pay a penny!! We had a deductible but they took care of it. So turns out we are happy with our vehicle and them taking care of us!

i went and got a car from there and they told me the only thing they said was wrong with it was the power steering and they fixed ot but then it went out again and they fixed it then the motor starts knocking and they say it will cost me money instead of biding by tge warranty do not buy anything from them.

Run! Run! As fast as you can!!!..I checked the BBB ratings of this dealership before I went there. A-. Only 2 complaints...So, I decided to go see what they had to offer..Lesson Learned!..They promise you the moon...Put it in writing to repair vehicle, 3 weeks later..Still nothing accomplished..Had to retreave my property and place it in another mechanic's repair. Will, not redemy the situation..because they never intended to do anything in the first place! Strongly advise from my own experience stay away BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE and their service department Sumrall Sales! I would not give this business a twinkle of a star ! But since I have to pick. a star I gave a 1 but not really only because there wasn't another option

This business does not deserve any kind of star rating! You buy a car and it goes to their repair and nothing happens! They keep it for weeks even months and do nothing! They say they will fix it and order parts and it never happens! They wait through the 30 days just so they do not have to fix it and you will have to go somewhere else and pay for all the repairs on a car they sold you! I would NEVER let anyone I know and love buy a car from here again! All they will do is sell you a lemon with a smile on their face! BEWARE OF NU WAY AUTO AND THEIR REPAIR! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!
