Jan is an awesome customer service agent. And all the former people has also been very professional and I been dealing with them since they was In their old building… I have brought the sooo many customers and grateful for all the things they do….BUT this NEW Black lady that’s been here currently… needs to be fired. she very unprofessional and she always catches a attitude. Every time I call seem like we bump heads . And I’m not one to usually put down my fellow blacks. SHE SOOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! BANE Needs TO GET RID OF HER PERIOD!!!

This is the worst place to buy a car from ever. They almost killed me. Before putting my deposit on the car, I took it to a mechanic to get it checked. My mechanic told me that I had bad breaks. They told me they would fix the problem. TRUSTING THEM (WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE), I GAVE THEM THE DEPOSIT. They lied. I brought it up there on two separate occasions for the breaks and they keep saying they fixed it. When I got the car back after the last visit, my brakes completely went out; I crashed into the back of my house. I got them to tow the car and gave them another chance to fix it (I already gave them two chances before), and the owner ,Blann, decided to take the car because he did not "Trust me to take care of the it". They are crooks. He took a $1000 from me and I was only able to drive the car for a week in three week spand I had it, because they were "fixing it". DON'T TRUST THEM. I FEEL RIPPED OFF, BECAUSE I WAS.

Value auto sales located on Pass Rd in Gulfport, MS is the worst place to buy a car. It's very trashy and stinks inside. The owner has crack heads for mechanics, the secretary is very nosy and starts a lot of drama with people, and tells people private information to random people. The cars are all junk and doctored up to run a few days. The owner is a drug dealer and a crook. Please DO NOT TRUST them!!!!! They repo if you are one payment behind too!!!!!
