TOTAL APPLIANCE AND AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS, INC.

Total is the best air conditioning company and is fairly priced. They came on a Saturday and repaired my air conditioner when I had family in town. The other company they came before on short notice, definitely made me feel like I was getting ripoff. Total charge me a service call and the part, which only cost $125.00 plus the service call. The other company want over $1000.00 to repair. Thank you Total Appliance & Air Conditioning.

Total Nonsense, Try Another.
They take your money and give promises, then "on vacation" and won't return calls. I had a sub- standard installation of an ac unit, it leaks, wrong size hoses, and filter panel was bent during install so that now the filters cannot be changed out without tearing. Great fun to clean up dust and debris from the filter as it falls and spreads all over. Cant get to principal who was right there to take the order. The service people were snide and rude, seemed unskilled and to be training on the job. Left a big hole in wall behind unit that they didn't want to repair too, but I insisted. Now, i want my money back and they can take their damaged reworked unit. They had 4 chances to fix, its enough. Dont use this group. Try to get recomendations. Better yet, go see an install that was done before deciding on who to use. Lots of lazy, crooks and unskilled in this part of south florida. Beware

They then try to charge extra for the part which is not according to contract .
The part is easily available but according to Total its on backorder (For 7 weeks??)

I will definitely not renew with them

Until your contact with lousy Total Appliance expires and you can switch to professional company...make sure to confirm that they have the parts, before making appointments. It's become apparent with numerous of our accounts.. that they think nothing of letting customers take the day off work, or make alternative arrangements for someone to be at the house... Only to cancel at the last hour because they never got the parts. Service can't get much worse than that which Total Appliance is offering.

I have been a customer of Total Appliance for a number of years. Historically, they have been great for me, with qualified, friendly technicians. However lately I had several problems and the communication in the office was extremely problematic. In the past few weeks, I had a plumber scheduled that was a no-call, no-show, and for a washing machine repair the wrong part was ordered TWICE. I waited at home two times for the washing machine technician to come, only to be told hours later that he did not come because he did not have the correct part. It is inconvenient for working professionals to take time off to meet the technicians, and when the technicians do not show up, because of their overbooked schedule or because of the wrong parts ordered, it is infuriating. The communication within the Total Appliance office and with the customers could be much better. They are wasting my time and I am not getting the service that I paid for.

great service - men that show up are professional, and the customer service is great - they will always offer you a 30-minute call before if you need it (such as to leave work on a weekday during your lunch break) to come home to meet them for repair. they're also always willing to come into your condo after hours, as along as you arrange with your condo/desk people to let them in - they've saved me from losing AC at 8PM on a Friday night, when most companies would've just fluffed me off until the following weekday

Fantastic service. I've been a customer of Total for two years and they honor my appliance repair plan whenever I'm in need. That is what I expect and that is what I get so I'm satisfied and have saved a lot for sure.

I feel that a public thank you is deserved. Total Appliance did fine work. I'm especially thankful to Peter, the technician who handled my service call. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and polite throughout a time consuming list of repairs...

I am glad I have a service plan for repairs with Total Appliance. My vacation condo in Boca Raton had an air conditioning break down during our last visit in September. I called them up and they had guys out here fixing it the very next morning. They were timely and professional, taking about an hour to fix the issue. They saved my hide that day. Very reliable and glad I chose them.

Total Appliance provides a valuable service at very reasonable pricing. Most important to me is my agreement has no extra service fees or deductibles. One price for unlimited repair calls is great for me. I endorse this company and their services.

Wow, these guys know Air Conditioners, Spent over $800.00 with previous Air Conditioning service calls on water source heat pump in my condo. I was told that Total was specialized in these Applications. Made a Service call with them and guess what? Bye Bye problem and this was 4 months ago. Very fair company, my friend bought an Air Conditioner from them for providing great service on their previous Air Conditioner.

This company repeatedly meets my expectations. I'm happy to do business with them!

I've contracted Total for the last 3 years to cover my appliances in my condo in Miami Beach. In the first year I didn't call them at all, but in the last two years I've called them a bunch. Although I wish I didn't have to call them so much, I've definitely gotten my full value. I've been really happy with their service all around. They've been quick to respond and have always gotten things fixed in a timely manner. Kudos to the company and the workers.

This last summer almost was a disaster for me because my air conditioner (for some reason) broke down and was not working. This could have been terrible because my parents, who live in Miami, would have been complaining nonstop.



Luckily for me I had an appliance warranty plan from Total Appliance. They really saved me a headache! The repairman was great and got the job done.



Overall, Total Appliance was such a great choice.



Hopefully my air conditioner won't break again, but if it does, I know where to go.

I'm origionally a Boca babe....so I look forward to going back and visiting my parents every year. I get there and they have all these ridiculously huge fans set up. Why? Because their AC went out. Summer in South FL is already ridiculous. But I' was coming in from San Diego and not really able to deal with the humidity anymore. I started calling around to see who would be able to A) Come right away. B) Be able to actually FIX it right away, and C) Not assult my wallet like a range target at Fort Hood. After a half hour of calling number after number Total Applicance called me back and told me they would be there right after dinner. Not only did they actualyl come...but they were able to fix it and it was goooooooood! (AHHH!) The price was right on point and the gentleman that came was polite. Even explained things a couple times to my mother who didn't really "get" what went wrong. Thanks, guys.....for making my trip out the relaxing down time I came home for. .

I've been a loyal customer of Total Appliance and AC Repairs for about 5 years now. A coworker recommended them when I needed my air conditioner replaced. They came out, removed the old one, and installed the new one in no time at all. I couldn't find better service or a better price anywhere. After having such a positive experience I decided to sign up for their service contract. I was able to customize it to cover only the appliances I wanted. I pay a ridiculously low annual fee now and all the appliances I chose are completely covered. If something breaks I don't have to pay anything, its all covered. No deductible, no cost for labor or parts, and there's no limit on how many times they will come out a year. I've had them do everything from replacing a circuit panel to fixing the thermostat in my oven. I highly recommend Total Appliance and Air Conditioning Repairs.

What an amazing company!



My family and I own a condo in Fort Lauderdale and when we first purchased this condo not too long ago, the only source of air circulation in the place was a ceiling fan! That certainly is NOT going to fly in Florida. We discovered Total Appliance and Air Conditioning Repairs and JUMPED on their products and services! When we called them they educated us on the very best air conditioning systems and let us know which one would give us the most bang for our buck.



After they sold us on an AC system, they told us they would come and install it the next day! Talk about quick turn around. The men who cam to install the new system were very nice and took their time so as to not harm our condo in any way. Upon completion of installation, we were told that they offer 24 hour a day service assistance so if anything did happen to go wrong with the new system, we could call them immediately and they would be there to help.



I am happy to report that we have no had any problems with our new AC system... Except maybe that it gets very cold in our condo - but who said that's a bad thing?

FIVE STAR COMPANY! After being a customer for more than 3 years, I can say that I've always had a good experience with Total. Whenever something that is covered in my contract breaks down, they have always fixed it in a timely manner. One time I had to wait about a week for a part, but that is understandable. I recommended them to my friend who bought a new air conditioning unit from them at a really good price. They are fair and honest to their customers and that is most important to me.
