Monday I went to Hamburg Oil change for my Ford F 150 and ask if they had synthetic oil with the upgrade filter that allows you 10,000 mile between changes....Today I had to go back because I had an oil spot on my garage floor....On my way there I notice they only figured the stricker in the window at 7500 miles.....They told me that the system will only print the stricker at 7500 and I was told that.....REALLY!....The man who told me that was the one in the pit and didn't even take my order....I was also told a TALL story about why I had oil drops on the garage floor but they took care of it.....I have own 5 F 150's since 2000 and had many oil changes with no problem until today....BAD EXPERIENCE!
