Coming to Alloy Wheel was the most horrifying and uncomfortable customer service experience of my life. The owner said incredibly racist things to me in such a causal way, like I would agree with him, about how 'the area has gone downhill' and how 'all-white basketball teams are better'. The shop itself is full of posters of less than bikini clad women posing with auto parts, because obviously those two things go together. Please do not go here (not just if you are a woman, or not a white person), do not go here because no one should support this business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Or negative stars. Or 5 poop emojis.

Honest, affordable and great work.

Excellent job fixing 2 damaged wheels- one dented in 1/2 inch and the second dented in 1-1/4 inches. Balanced the wheels with tires better than the tire shops. Phoned me to provide status after first wheel was finished. Service was great.

I needed a new tire which was ordered and I got the same day installation. I also got more information because the Lexus dealership told me since my rims were bent a little that they couldnt do a rotate and balance but they stated that it could be done and they did it. Also they told me what level my PSI should be in my tires! So I would highly recommend them.

I had a excellent experience here, I had a problem with my car shaking when I would get above 50 mph. I had taken my car to 5 other places and noone was able to fix the problem. Come to find out the rims and tires weren't being balanced properly. Alloy Wheel had me in and out of there with no vibration in my car. Thank you so much!
