I am anot Enterprise VIPS. I rent from this location 4 times a year. The cars are ALWAYS dirty as-well-as the WINDOWS (inside and side mirrors). I've mentioned it more than (4) times and all I keep getting is a; FREE UPGRADE the next rental. HOW ABOUT A CLEAN CAR! A friend is REGIONAL MANGER with Enterprise on The West Coast and tells me; "It's company policy to give customers CLEAN CARS and REFUSE a DIRTY one." Not happy....

Great selection of rentals and awesome service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am on detail in area and they have been very helpful.

After arriving late (after midnight) from the west coast it was fantastic to be greeted by a fully staffed office. All associates were professional and eager to assist and access to a "quick pass" for the toll roads was a relief as well. We'll done folks, a great experience!

Everything was well. We don't had reservations and the rent was quickly. We don't had any problem. We recommend it.

The Ford Focus was a nice clean car. The service for pick up was great! The drop off went smoothly and the service for drop off was very pleasant and friendly and I dropped off at 6:00 am! Thank you!

The experience was very quick and exceptional. I had my reservation online, I quickly used the kiosk at the BWI location, I walked outside and one person directed me to where I needed to go, and the next gave me two options for my car type. The black Nissan Altima I chose was clean, unscratched, and had bluetooth, so I was happy. Thanks for keeping everything running smoothly.

Fabulous!! I have rented cars from Enterprise in various cities in both the US and Canada. They are always helpful, courteous and professional. I will often pay a few dollars more if I have the option of renting from Enterprise versus other car rental companies.

No wait on a Friday around 7. quick, helpful and good prices. i arrived to pick up a compact suv and ended up with a kia soul being the only choice. i chose another car at no additional cost, but it smelled like smoke and the car felt uneasy when going over 60mph. a little more attention to the condition of the vehicles and larger lot of cars would give this rating 2 more stars.

The fastest time I've ever had to wait for a rental company, staff were very courteous. Will use them many more times.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car at BWI was a fantastic experience and we received great friendly service from all employees in the process. It was quick to get to our vehicle and we were asked if we would like to upgrade for a few dollars more. We opted to stay with our first reservation and the car was clean, gassed up and well maintained. After having the car for a few days it was a painless process returning the car and I can really appreciate the dress-right-dress assembly line feel of getting on the way to the terminal. It doesn't take two hours for car check-in as it was scrolled on the buses taking us from the airport to the rental car pickup. The check-in was less than five minutes after arrival and after a quick pit stop we were on the bus in the next ten and back at the terminal within ten minutes. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again as I travel back and forth to BWI from ATL.

First off I flew in from Illinois & my car pick up date was the following day at noon. I couldn't hear very well due to the plane. Dude at the front desk was not only mumbling but speaking very very softly. I had to keep asking my best friend what he was saying. He told me to go into the other room & someone will meet me. This lady....like the guy at the front desk i could hardly understand what she was saying. Plus she was confusing & EXTREMELY unclear. She has absolutely no clue what she was doing. When i booked everything online i chose a Nissan Versa. They had no Nissan Versa's there. So there we were...standing there for 5 minutes...just standing there. I finally had to ask...so what are we doing then? She replied "waiting for a car". Me being livid at this point i was like we "where is the car?" She replied "i don't know". Just..just don't. This Enterprise is a joke.

Enterprise has never let me down. They always have the car I want, that is clean and ready to roll. Checking in and checking out is a breeze.

After smooth registration at counter I arrived in garage and no full size car (as reserved) was available. Friendly agent offered a Dodge Charger which I declined (Dodge seats are generally not wide enough for my big butt!). As he looked around Charger said, "oh that's a BMW" - Agent and manager (just walking by) said - "yes, we can do the BMW for same as a full size". Excellent ride, and easy trip all the way through return.
