Visionworks

Have always used this location specifically because of their wide selection and great staff. The optometrist is a little strange, and I've had lens defects before (but the lenses were replaced for free, so can't complain there). I drive from Maryland just to get the selection and service of the Hanover Visionworks location.

Unprofessional doctor, rude manager, receptions that lie, everything you do not want in an eye doctor. Find some where else.

I called day before my visit to assure that someone would be in for actually making the eyeglasses and was told there would be. My appointment was for 5:45 and I arrived 30 minutes early, and could see that there was someone in the lab, so I asked again and was told she would be leaving at six, that she was taking off early. when I expressed my displeasure, I was told someone fills in the evening hours, After my sons exam, which was the only bright spot in this fiasco, I then endured a baffling "Salesman" which could not operate the system. Lack of customer focus, and very untrained staff. Would advise to try somewhere else first.
