Hunan Palace Chinese Restaurant

My mother in law was given a discount ticket to use at this restaurant; the kind where they mark off every time that you purchase something and then eventually you get a free meal or some sort of discount on your next purchase. Well, when she got to the last mark on her ticket, Hunan Chinese Restaurant decided that the marks on the ticket were not made by them. So basically they accused an older, respectable lady that loved to eat at this place of having fabricated these marks herself. It is a disgrace that the accusations came from the owner himself. He did not even bother to check with the rest of the employees to see if someone else had made these markings. In the end they lost a loyal customer. Based on how empty the restaurant was, I would speculate to say that she is not the only customer that they have lost lately.
