Today's Car Wash

On 04-10-15, my 2014 Dodge Charger was damaged inside the cleaning bay of the today's car wash at 409 E. FM 2410 in Harker Heights. The back bumper received $568.47 worth of damage from being struck from behind by another vehicle. The today's car wash was negligent by not having a safety switch to stop vehicles from moving forward when a vehicle stalls or stops from faulty equipment or operator error. The vehicle in front of me had stopped more than halve way through the cleaning process. As directed by the car wash staff, my Charger was in neutral and as it being pushed into the stalled vehicle in front of me. This caused my Charger to stop which caused the vehicle behind me to strike my back bumper approximately 4 times. The owner Tyler and regional manager Eric both advised the car wash is not at fault and I have to file through my insurance agent. No assistance was provided concerning a claim for repairs for my Charger. Not very good customer service or support.
