I brought my car here after getting into an accident because it was close to the office. I wasn't expecting to find my new go to auto body place. The guys here are awesome, and go the extra mile on everything. They dealt with the insurance companies, and got me set up in a rental car. When I got the car back it was flawless, and looked better than when I bought it. I live a little over half an hour away and have a few different auto body shops in my neighborhood, but I'll always go to Alves based on how pleasant of an experience it was. I highly recommend this dealership to all in the Hartford area. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Even more importantly, the service is perfect. In my auto accident they dealt with the inspector with my interests in mind. Then, when I got the car back, it looked immaculate. If it wasn't for the stickers on the windshield I would hardly know it was mine. They even went so far to drive it to me since I could not get into the shop myself. You won't go wrong at this dealer.
