        I went to find out where noise was coming from. Waited 3 hours went to speak to a service person and I was told the issue is with the drive belt. I agreed to fixing it. Waited another hour. Not the drive belt...but it may be with the transmission or starter. Went home, I was then told I would get a followup call at 5:30pm that day. By 5:45pm I called and I was told everyone in service left and that there was nothing that could be done. Monday August 1. I'm now told the problem was with the Idler pulley and I would have to pay $120 to have it tightened. In order for you to do the drive belt you have to go through the idler pulley, so why am I being charge for this. I called two additional location and was told I shouldn't be charged for the idler pulley. The only great thing I got here is the sales team...They're very nice. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE. THEY'RE SCAMMERS... GO TO VALLEY STREAM OR ANY OTHER LOCATION!!!!!

        This dealership needs to be shut down. They are not business people they are con artists and liars. My experience with them was one of the worst experiences with humanity I have ever had.

        Terrible place to get your car serviced. They will rip you off and claim they said things. The manager is of no use hiding in his office and not answering the phone. This place runs a SCAM and will RIP YOU OFF. RUN FAR AWAY.

        3 Hour Oil Change - nasty, rude, and last hour was due to paperwork sitting idle



        Hybrid battery won't charge - excuse combined with ignorance, making things up and won't honour lifetime battery warranty.



        Credit Hurt - 6 hard inquiries on my report when financed car



        Don't walk, run!!!!
