I had a good experience great car but if you are referred by someone who purchased a car from them - I recommend you to bug the salesman about it. Otherwise the salesman will keep talking and talking in order not to put the reference. It is very upsetting that now the person that referred me to the dealer cannot collect the reference money because the salesman did not add the info. (before I start the negotiation I told the salesman that I was referred by someone who purchase a car here, during the negotiation I told the salesman about the reference and even before I finish I saw the business card and I told the salesman that “so the person who referred me will received $300” and he said “yes and also will received $350 if the person refer a second person”. Now they are using that “CUBANEO” on me for not to pay the $300 to the person who referred them to me. I called to ask for the GM they keep transferring me and hang up the phone on me.

I am sure they do that for not to pay the $300. Due to that I will give just 1 star – also will report on BBB. The salesmen are sharks
