BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!



I traded a 2010 Triglide with less than 5200 miles on it to Blue Ridge. They gave me $25,000.00 for it and resold it for $29,495.

The bike I bought was a 2014 Dyna Switchback.

They never called me when the bike came in, when it was ready to pick up or when parts came in for the bike.

I called them 3 days after they said they were going to pick up the bike, and whoever I talked with said,"oh yeah, the bike's here and ready to be picked up".

When I went in to pick the bike up I noticed that the parts I wanted weren't on the bike. There was no owner's manual and the person who "delivered" the bike to me explained a few things about the bike.

I was looking at features on the Switchback and when I turned to ask a question, the guy was gone.

I was treated like garbage and when I got the bike home I just didn't want it any more. All the excitement and anticipation of owning a new motorcycle was taken out of the picture by Blue Ridge personnel.

I decided to trade the bike on an automobile and the dealer called Blue Ridge to find out what the bike was worth and the same guy that sold me the bike told them that Blue Ridge would give them $13,000.00 for it.

I paid over $20,000.00 for the bike, had owned it for less than a week and ridden it 21 miles.

I talked with the people at Crossroads H-D in Wilkesboro and they said that they would have given me at least $2,000.00 more for the trike and made me a better deal on the new bike.
