Don't bother!

Unfriendly and lousy at their job. There is always someone in the back smoking because that is all I smelled when getting my hair cut. Only thing to say here is you get the least amount of service available and a bad haircut!

I normally go to the one in Hickory, but they were completely slammed so I went to the Mountain View location. BIG MISTAKE. Upon entering there's normally a sign in sheet. This was not the case so there was confusion as to who was next. Also they apparently don't know how to enter the clients info into the computer as they couldn't find anyone in the system. There were two gentlemen cutting hair. The guy who cut mine did an awful job as I went in for something as simple as a fade. It ended up looking like a buzzed bowl shaped cut. Not to mention it was uneven. It was too late to fix. I had to go home and break out my own clippers and fix what I could. How can a gay man do such shotty work? Clearly we needed refresher courses. Never again will I visit that location nor will refer anyone else to it. Lesson learned.
