Paramount Hickory Hyundai

After starting off spending 8 hours to purchase a car from here, they only had one set of keys for our NEW car. We were from out of town and they requested that we come back to have the key made and we agreed on some conditions and a free fill up. After making plans about three weeks later, we called to schedule the appointment 48 hours in advance. On the day of the appointment, they called and canceled saying they didn't have the key. I had already made the trip (1.5 hour drive one way) and was furious. At this point I demanded that they pay another dealer to make the key or reimburse me in which they agreed. Now, three more weeks have gone by since I spent $332 to have my key made and I still have not been reimbursed. I will never do business with any dealership associated with Paramount.
