Dug Out Sports Lounge

i cant believe the post that i just read on dugout, im a regular customer that eats there 3 times a week and have be going there for at least 5 years. i have never had a problem with any of the service or food. i have tryed a little of everything on the menu with karen's (the boss) help. my kids are very picky eaters and they always eat their food and the staff makes it a fun place for family. its sad to know that this person with the bad review is so negative. plus the dugout expanded to have a dining room to give more people jobs in the small town of archdale that has no jobs open.

Had a coupon that came out the attractions and they acted like they did not want to honor the coupon will not go back anymore

I have been to this resturaunt a couple of times and I will NOT be going back! Most of the employees are very friendly, and they seem to try hard. But all in all the food is bad, service is bad, and the management have bad attitudes! The place is not very clean. It's a very good idea, but poorley executed!!! This place will not be around very long!!!!
