Ham's Restaurant

I don't understand the bad reviews, I have eaten there frequently and their food and service is fine, and they have a GREAT Gluten Free bun for the burgers for a reasonable price. Will eat here again!

dont eat at hams especially if you have a problem with the food. 6 of us ate there and the food was as cold as the beer was. little short female manager came to the table and touched the food and said it was very cold. hams still billed us for the food. called the next day to talk with another manager about a complaint and they were too busy to talk with me. called again and asked to speak to the general manager and they were too busy to talk with me about a complaint. called the corporate office and they said they would have someone call for sure, as of a week later no one has called. spend your money at a good place to eat, lots of good ones that have much much better customer service and will make things right if its isnt good the first time. i will tell all my friends about hams and hope they will heed my warning of the place.

If you are hungry DO NOT go to the Ham's Restaurant on Samet Drive in High Point, NC. You will certainly starve to death before your order is even taken. These folks have got a very serious service problem as in there is no service here. Don't walk, run to another restaurant!
