Absolutely horrible they have zero customer service skills !!! Restaurant is filthy do not eat there save urself !!!!!!

Bought food from here for me and my 3 year old daughter because she loves steak and shrimp and found blonde hair in both trays....which is nasty who wants to eat food after someone else's hair is in it. I called and they said the next order would be on them. We eat there all the time so we said great. Then we went to get the next order and the rice was hard like it wasn't cooked all the way...my little girl said mommy it's hard and spit it out she wouldn't even touch it after that. I tasted my rice and parts were hard as well. I called back and the owner tried to make it like the rice was fine bc they make it in batches. Obviously it wasn't fine bc parts of it were hard!!! Who wants to crunch on rice. He states that 10 other trays went out w mine and nobody complained....what he doesn't realize is most people don't complain they just don't go back and neither will I!!! He also needs to realize that customers are what keeps his business running and when one customer is unhappy...they tell 10 people who tell 10 more and so forth!!!! I live in Hillsborough but will go elsewhere yo get my Japenese food where owners say I'm sorry and not try to make it seem like your wrong about eating hard rice which is one of the main parts of the meal!!!
