My husband needed a new car... the service and deals were so good that we went home to get me car and decided to BOTH get new cars that day! Ed D. was very knowledgeable, but also personable. Two traits that don't often come together.

I was looking for a Toyota at a reasonable price with low miles, I was amaze when I visit this Dealer , I was working with Mr.R.Ornales, he was the salesman, I was treated with respect, dignity , he was so Professional , I walk out of the Dealer with a nice car , they treated me like Royal, a coffe lounge, cookies ,water for the customers , Wow don't find that anywhere, and I find the right Car with a car fax report, I'm Haaaappy and at a good Price. Thanks Continental Toyota and Mr.Ornales for being a Great Sales Person,

Buying a car was fast and easy at this dealership. I had already done a test drive with the vehicle I was interested in so it was just a matter of agreeing on a price. Most of the communication was done on the internet which made the "No Haggle" experience a pleasure. They were able to find the car I wanted in a day or so and held it for me until I was ready to sign. Al Proceso, Andrea McNamara, and Jackie Dybas, were the greatest sales people to work with. No pressure just the facts. When I finally made up my mind to purchase, finance had all of the papers ready for me to sign and I was in and out in an hour. Truly a pleasure doing business at Continental Toyota!

Chuck Gentile was wonderful, he made sure I got every single thing I wanted inside and out of the car. He was so friendly and willing to help me in any way imaginable, he was so knowledgeable and he made my buying experience a breeze. This dealership is awesome. My family is normally a huge Ford fan, but I think after we visited this dealership we became a big Toyota fan. They are not pushy and really try to make you feel comfortable. The dealership is huge, so I'm sure anyone can find a car they would like. The interior of this dealership is clean and fresh; there are a ton of windows! Karolina was my sales person and she was very helpful and friendly. I just leased a 2014 Corolla at this dealership and the process couldn't have gone any smoother and it was surprisingly fast. They even found the color I wanted! I absolutely love my new Corolla, it is perfect. Thank you Karolina!

i.e., A local Once again I experienced something so rare that it is only found in a few selected areas of life. I found heart felt, truly dedicated customer service beyond my expectations. I brought my van in for service and once again a seamless wonderful experience akin to checking into a 5 star hotel (even hot cookies coffee and fruit). Then I ventured on to see the finance director, Christian Callada. I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my much loved 2006 Toyota Sienna which by the way has never given me any problems. Chris took fantastic care of me giving me a fantastic deal and even financed it at 0% interest. So my red van will have another 36,000 miles of TLC administered by the great service department at Continental Toyota. Thanks Chris. Dean was the nicest salesman ever. My wife and I bought two cars within two weeks from him because each of our cars broke down. He was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. THEN, a few weeks later, my father-in-law bought a car from him. The service has been great as I have come in for my free 5,000 mile check up. Coffee is also a huge plus. I have also recommended him to friends and family.

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and visited the service department for nearly every maintenance item. I have found the dealership to have the nicest and most competent people I've ever encountered. When I am in to buy a car, it is always a smooth transaction. No games, no surprises, and always manage to get a good deal. The sales manager Joe, is always there and he is fun to deal with. He is so enthusiastic, he's animated. I was in for service again last week which is what made me want to write this. When I pulled in, I was surprised to have the GM greet me in the service area. I have to compliment him. Dennis is one of a kind. He not only greeted me, he was involved with many customers there, and knew them all as if they were old pals. He thanked me for my business and asked if he could help with anything. I said I would like a pillow for their comfortable waiting room. I think I could live in there. He smiled and said if I was serious, he would find one. What an accomodating guy. I have met Dennis at their new owners event, and he made it fun to learn about a dealership. I have had no negative experiences here and have been there so many times, I feel like I could work there. I would never buy a car or service one anywhere else. My salesperson, Dean, is the same way. He even came to my house to program my garage door opener when I said I was having trouble getting this done. Oh yea, Dennis came with Dean to do that. Who ever heard of this kind of service from a car dealer. If you buy a car anywhere else, you missed out on the first class treatment these people give.

First, remember it is a car de...

First, remember it is a car dealership. Street Walkers have better ethics than any of them. That is the new way of doing business at dealerships, banks, etc. because on big deals there is little repeat business. They set you up with an attractive offer and a few days later, change the deal. One is reluctant to say "no" because of all the time invested. Just take your deal to another dealership. Dealerships trade cars all the time and you can still get the SAME car off their lot through another dealership. Besides, there are thousands of other cars and a lot of other dealerships. BBB will just throw the complaint on the stack. No money was lost. It is business.
