Just got my Lhasa back from the groomer at Petsmart (Hoffman Estates) and he looks great! This was my first time at this location & I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Angela. She was so friendly & professional (and seemed very experienced). Will definitely be going back!

I just picked up my dog from PetSmart in Hoffman Estates, IL, where I purchased a grooming bath, the top dog package, and nail grinding. I was presented with a report card pertaining to the service I have purchased and what has been done. Among the listed items on the report card were the perfectly clean ears. When I checked the ears it was quite clear that they have not been clean. Therefore, I immediately contacted the groomer where she began to tell me that she has thoroughly clean my dogs ears. I explained what the ears looked like prior to the visit and after. I was informed that if I want, I can bring my dog back and she'll clean them again. I was quite disappointed how my concern was handled and this was the last time I would ever use their services again.
