I called hoping to get my car looked at that day 9:30 am was the time he gave me. When I got there I was greeted like I was their best friend. My car was looked at right away. He showed me what was wrong. I told him I had limited funds. He repaired what was most important at a very reasonable price. Since he was waiting for a part he had someone take me home. In an hour they were calling me to tell me the car was ready and offered to pick me up. Target will be my mechanic from now on.

Took my 2004 Jeep Liberty, giving me fits with overheating and ac not working, into Target Auto on Jeff Cohen's reputation alone. We live 30 miles away in Coral Springs. We were not disappointed. You receive a very friendly greeting, as you step out of the car and although I stopped by on my way home from work (just before 5pm) I never felt as if I was putting anyone out or delaying their exit home. Jeff was very friendly and helpful and we agreed I would bring the Jeep back the next morning. The next morning we completed the paperwork and I left to take my family to breakfast, before breakfast was finished, Jeff callled me to let me know what he had found and let me know he had emailed me the written estimate (how much better can this get). We stopped back by the shop to sign off on the work and Jeff showed us what was wrong and needed to be done (who does that anymore) and then we signed off on the necessary work and left agreeing it should be done by end of business on Friday (this was Wednesday). You can imagine my pleasant surprise when on Thursday, early afternoon, Jeff called to say the car was ready to be picked up. When we came in to pick it up, Jeff showed us the parts that had been removed (when was the last time you experienced this, even when you ask other shops rarely do it). Everything was just as Jeff had said it would be, the invoice price correct and car runs great. You cannot ask for better service, attitude and repairs. I will have to move much, much farther away before I ever use another auto repair shop. Jeff and his team at Target Auto are the best, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

I was very impressed by the high level of integrity and transparency that the owner, Jeff Cohen, demonstrated during my interactions with him. He explained in minute detail the repair process, the itemized estimate as well as the final bill. He kept all the old parts he replaced and showed them to me. My vehicle was returned to me clean and on time. As a woman, I can really appreciate the fact that I felt very comfortable that Mr. Cohen was very direct and upfront with the information pertinent to my repairs. He even assisted me with a repair matter with another merchant without even being prompted. Now that's customer service!!.

Amazing service provided by even more amazing people. I couldn't believe that in this industry there is actually somebody who is willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to get the job done, not only with pride but also with kindness. Mr. Jeff and his staff have won a customer for life with his service and actions. A job well done and done by honest and caring people who know what they are doing and how to do it. Kudos to Target Auto for doing the right things the right way!!

Professional, Efficient, and Easy to deal with!

I stopped by to have my license plate and bracket put on my car. He came outside to meet me, gave me some parts, and had it done in under 15 mins all for free and wouldn't accept a tip. I was told to go there by my boyfriend bc he also received great service there. Would definitely recommend

Target auto repair is the best. My car needed to get serviced and although they were closing for the day, they allowed me to take my car in at such short notice. Jeff the owner was very concerned and friendly and I felt confident in leaving my car in his care. I was updated frequently on the progress of my car via email and phone calls. The service was very fast and I left with that new car feeling. Target auto repair will now be the place for all my auto care needs. Thanks Jeff.

They came to where my dead car was for cheaper than a jump from another shop!! And very reasonable rate!

I just wanna say I been on tons of auto shops before but never in one that gives you awesome costumer service ... Since I first talked to Jeff I knew I could trust my car with him , cause he told me what was the plan to get my car fix, he told me that he will keep me posted if any changes would of happen and he did ... We exchange several emails back and forward letting me know how was the repair going , that's what costumer service is all about , the communication between the shop with its costumers and Jeff really did a hell of a job ...

I definitely recommend Target Auto Repais for any mechanical problem u have cause for sure Jeff and his team will take good care of you !!!

I've been bringing my cars to Jeff and his team at Target Auto for many years now.

It is really worth meeting him just for the smiles you get while chatting with him.

He is old fashioned very humble buddy type of mechanic that has never tried to up sell me with unnecessary repairs such as suggesting I replace my flux capacitor "because it looks like it could go at anytime".

Usually, when I bring my car in for a repair that 'I know' I need, Jeff has suggested that maybe it needs something not as involved ... Very rarely does an owner mechanic ever down sell suggested needed services. With Target Auto Repair I can say that I have never had to worry that something else might go wrong after a servicing or repair because for over 10 years now nothing ever has.

At Target Auto Repair, you will find a trustworthy, reputable mechanic for your car and a new friend. The owner, Jeff, is extremely personable and helpful. My son attends grad school about a dozen hours away from home. Not only did Jeff solve his recent car problems, but also invited my son to call if he ever needed a stand-in parent in a pinch--for whatever reason! (My daughter is flying to FL for spring break in a few weeks & if her brother forgets to pick her up at the airport, I'll be calling Jeff!)



Seriously, don't be lured by competitors with their coupons for $13 oil changes. My son almost ended up with that deal, but fortunately the waiting room was full and he headed to Target Auto Repair instead. The 1st establishment had quoted $103 for the first hour to diagnose the problem with his broken hazard lights. Jeff fixed them for $20.

The manager is very nice and understanding and ensures that his customers leave his shop pleased and with the best quality service possible. Definitely recommend him for any car repairs!

Target Auto inc repair saved me from costly repairs several times. All work done honestly and superbly. The best shop in Hollywood Fl. Jeff will take care of your car like you are a member of his family. Avoid bad mechanics/thief and stress go to Jeff you won't be sorry. He is an old fashion mechanic and honest to the core. I just after 24 years of driving my van had to retire it. I was looking for a small car and came across target auto and his ad for a 2004 dodge neon not only did i get it for a fair price but he also threw in a new battery. I also will be having motor mounts done there to cause i want a smooth feel he did everything i ask for right and quick for a great price. Any one who needs repairs or is looking for a new car should look into target auto those guys are great. Thank you !

The owner is a very nice guy and very knowlegable. He is very thorough and meticulous. They take you back to your home after you drop off your car so you don't have to wait which is a plus. The shop is very clean, not messy or dirty like a lot of places. My 2005 van has been running perfect for years because he takes care of it. I recently had AC problems and when I got my car back, the AC seemed colder than when it was new. I actually get too cold now.

i been a customer for about 20 years, he picks my car up and drops me off when needed. Now both my sons purchesed cars from him and use target auto for all our needs. He's fast and friendly. He only uses factory parts and my car runs better now then it ever did before even with i took it to the dealer. No other repair shop can even come close in comparison.
