Strosnider Chevrolet

I have a 2005 Cadillac SRX and brought it in at approximately 8:20 to get signal light and fog light bulbs. I was told it would be 2 hours in which I know is true because you have to drop the bumper to replace bulbs. At about 10:15 I was told only 20 minutes. It is now 11:48 and I am still being told 20 minutes. I guess it was a bad idea to bring it here....they should have told me if they weren’t able to do the job. Not the first time for bad service.....I thought it should be better by now. Brought it here about three weeks ago for a spark plug and gear shift and that took 4 days.

I stopped by here last week to check out the lot. I came back and Brooke has been very pleasant and helpful.

I have been car shopping at a variety of dealerships over the years. I came here and their sales service was excellent.

From my experience I had here today, I have to highly that they Provided the needed information quickly.

I have been to this service department twice and have had a great experience. Jeff was professional and very helpful in keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs that my truck was having done. Everything was perfect. The service manager pulled my truck up for me upon me leaving. Thanks for a great experience.

This place was awesome...the customer service I received was good. They did their job and called me with updates. They gave me options, order the part that I needed for the Traverse, fixed it and called me. I would good back without hesitation.

They were extremely helpful and gave me the best price of anywhere on my trade-ins. The car was ready for me to test drive and the sales person had all the answers for me about it, or found them out quickly. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them. Never had a complaint! I went to school with Craig so I know he is a good guy! First car purchased 1977. Over the years we have had Monte Carlos, Camaro, 2 new suburbans, Blazer, HHR, GS Corvette, and last wk 2014 Chevy truck all from Strosnider's. Craig,sales,service dept they all work together as a team. We have got quote over the years and always ended up back at Strosnider's.
