Walmart Neighborhood Market

This store has the rudest customer service employees of any store I have ever shopped!
I was in line to check out and was told to unload my basket at one of the self checkout registers, my groceries total was over $150.00, and that employee would help me with bagging and loading my groceries! NOT! Didn’t happen and she was not even busy with anything else! I am pushing 70 years old and have health problems and to me this was so disrespectful and rude of her!
I’ll go the extra mile and shop another store from now on!

I must say that I HATE this place!!!! The cashiers are a bunch of lazy and inept people I've ever encountered in my life!!! And not to mention that they are rude and NOT very personable at all. The lack of customer service needs to be addressed big time!

like all Wal-Mart stores a lot of check out lanes, maybe one or two open

to say the least the customer service here SUCKS!!! just about all visits to this crappy market the cashiers rarely open up their mouth to speak nor do they ever have a simple smile on their faces. they are forever chewing on gum which urks the crap out of me to watch them with an open mouth chew on freakin gum. my lastest experience i needed a bag of ice rung up and i was asked by the cashier to fetch it myself....talk about customer service...the hell!!! where did it go? we sure don't received it like before back in the day. and yes i have to load up my own groceries and when this happens i assure u i end up leaving a bag all because the lazy a....s cashier did not spin the bag cart around. is it my job to do that? i don't think so. now i choose to go that extra mile to shop elsewhere.
