VERY DISAPPOINTED - When we first gave our vehicle to Airworld Transmission we were told that it would be 2 days before the work was completed. We dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday and were expecting it back by at least Monday. This did not happen it was a full week before we got our vehicle back the FIRST time. 2 weeks later we started having THE SAME problem with our truck. Again they had our truck for 6 days. After we got our vehicle back for a second time 3 days later the transmission STARTED LEAKING AGAIN!!!!! After calling them on a Sunday to notify them and being told they would be picking it up on Monday THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE VEHICLE LIKE WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD. The following day (Tuesday) we dropped the vehicle off to them. Approximately 30 minutes after the vehicle was dropped off we were told the vehicle would be ready on Thursday. WE THEN EXPRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING THE VEHICLE BACK BY THURSDAY DUE TO PRE - EXISTING PLANS WE HAD!!! THE TRUCK WAS STILL NOT READY WHEN WE WERE TOLD!!!!! IT WAS FRIDAY BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO PICK UP OUR VEHICLE AND DELAYED AND COST US MORE MONEY THAN IT SHOULD HAVE HAD WE HAD OUR OWN VEHICLE!!!!! With all of this being said the owners attitude was very poor we were never offered any type of compensation, an apology, or anything for that matter! All we were offered was SARCASM WHEN EXPRESSING OUR FRUSTRATION (POLITELY) WITH ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING. ME - THIS IS THE 3RD TIME YOU HAVE HAD OUR VEHICLE THIS IS RIDICULOUS" JOHN - "WELL YOU TELLING ME THIS ISN'T GETTING IT DONE ANY FASTER" Overall I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

We do our best to deliver vehicles on a set time, this also depends on our work in shop. Customer satifaction is most important if we need more time to complete repair we feel that is better than doing poor work. It is our option what form of payment we take and customer temperament can go a long way, when you ask for discounts. I am sorry we didnt meet your expectation .We truly do our best to make our customers happy thats how we have been around for more than 40 years.

Over-promised and under-delivered. I was told I would have my truck back in 3 days. He ended up taking 4 extra days with no apology. I had to take additional time off work, and had to continually call to check progress. He made me late to an important meeting on the day of pick-up because he took 2 hours longer to finish than he thought, and made me waste even more time because he wouldn't accept payment with a card. He forgot to mention this at any of our ten prior conversations. Again no apologies.
