Every salesperson here is super friendly, they take the time to hear you out and try their best to get you in a vehicle. They offer different methods for financing, it's super versatile definitely worth a shot! Of course if you have very very poor credit, we can't be super duper picky, but don't get me wrong THEY WILL GET YOU ROLLING OUT. keeping in mind car shopping is a process you NEED to have patience for, they made time go by just by engagement. The more down payment, the more options you open up for yourself, oh they also went to go pick up my trade in vehicle which wasn't running but it credited me as bringing more down payment to the table. I went in to get a used car and they got me approved so I ended up rolling out the lot with a brand new car!! They really work around every situation; no credit, bad credit, repos, no license, they will work with you and find alternatives. Try them out! Debby, was very helpful, and she will work to get anyone approved. I referred a friend and they gave me a check for doing so! It's been a good experience overall. :)

FREDY KIA AND First Auto Connection is one of the worst dealerships! They are terrible with customer service. They are connected to Fredy Kia on Gulf Freeway off of 45. FREDY KIA is also one of the worst dealerships ever! All they care about is money. They advertise customer service is number 1, Customer serice is 0 !!!! I bought a Lexus from them and they are so shady! <First Auto Connection and FREDY KIA! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DONT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS! Unless NINO works something out with me and calls me back then I will consider. He has not contacted me at all. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM FREDY KIA OR FIRST AUTO CONNECTION! I spent 2k in body work and 2 and a half months later my Touch Screen/Navigation and A/C is not working! They have not seen the last of me yet! Until they work something out I am not stopping.
