        my wife bought a $700 sound ba...

        my wife bought a $700 sound bar so we could hear the $1500 TV they sold her along with a worthless warranty. The sub woofer never worked we get absolutely no assistance from best buy or the geek squad some how the warranty they sold her THEY SOLD HER for the sound bar doesnt apply to sound bars . customer service is a farce at best buy . the people who answer the phone give you attitude and supervisors dont seem to exist. your money and your tail lights is all best buy wants to see. I WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING ANYONE I CAN AND EVERYONE I KNOW EXACTLY WHY. I ONLY GAVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE THIS SITE WONT LET YOU POST WITHOUT GIVING THEM A STAR RATING I WOULD SUBTRACT STARS IF I COULD HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE
