Will never use again Paid cash up front and this private investigator did not begin working my case for 2 weeks. For 2 weeks he did not answer my calls and I left messages informing him where my spouse was at certain times to ensure that I would receive enough documentation for my court case. After 2 weeks I finally got an answer and was told that he had not gotten my messages and he had not started working the case because his phone was not working correctly. Very weak excuse after taking my money 2 weeks earlier to perform the job and start immediately. Very unprofessional. I could have hired another investigator and precious time would not have been lost for 2 weeks. I would have appreciated a professional investigator that would have declined my case if he did not have the time to work my case but instead he was only too happy to take my money and waste time until he obviously finished other cases he was behind on. His work was slow and overpriced. I was charged thousands
