In my opinion, Quality Body Shop (QBS, Inc) truly does quality work. They also go the extra mile to serve their customers. Following a fender bender in October, I checked out several local body shops and got nothing but good recommendations about QBS. When I contacted them, they had a number of customers ahead of me and could not schedule the repairs immediately. However, due to their reputation, I went ahead and made an appointment. (Years ago, I had a bad experience with a body repair job and learned the hard way that it is better to wait on good rather than settle for fast or cheap.) An adjuster had estimated our repair costs using inferior parts, but QBS worked with the insurance company to insure that quality OEM parts were used and were fully covered. After QBS finished making the repairs, I was convinced that it was worth the wait - the car looks better now than before the accident. I highly recommend QBS and will definitely use them in the future. -Noel, Huntsville
