only have my needs as their concern. I felt they were honest and straight forward.

Freeman is the best car dealership ever! We have purchased 8 vehicles from them and will always buy my vehicles from them . Everyone i have sent them has always been very happy too.

I would like to commend Mitch Trimble for going above and beyond in helping us get into a newer vehicle. We are a growing family and needed something bigger than our Infinity G35... we found a Honda Odyssey and we fell in love with it. Our credit isn't the best, but Mitch worked tirelessly to get us a great deal, even going so far as to call in favors for us. When we were test driving the vehicle, I swerved to miss a dog, and ended up messing up the suspension and all sorts of other things on the driver's side of the car. Mitch was gracious and accomodating...never once making me stupid for the accident. He assured me it would be taken care of... and it was. We were due to go on vacation, and because of the accident, our Odyssey wasn't ready; they rented a Sienna minivan for us to take on our trip! Talk about superior service. I highly recommend working with Mitch to get into a new or used car... he is all about the customer instead of all about the profit!!

Jerry Thank you so much, I think you undersell your relationship with your sponsor partners. Per your advice, I contacted Gary Hopper of Freeman Toyota and he set me up with David McClanahan. I have been married 46 years and have bought and sold 92 cars, until yesterday and today. In that time we have never had as smooth or pleasant car buying experience, as we had at Freeman. It was a straight forward deal with honest answers and never once did I feel that I was being pressured or manipulated. Thursday we took a 2009 Camry hybrid and traded it for a 2012 Camry hybrid XLE. We were so impressed we went back today and traded my 2010 Toyota Prius for a 2012 Toyota Prius. We have never done that before. David was absolutely outstanding and thoroughly knowledgeable.
